Our Team

Dolly Pierce serves as the Chief Financial & Operations Officer of Provision Financial Resources.

Prior to joining Provision in 1989, Dolly worked in accounting at a local landscape company. She also worked as an administrative assistant to the training director at Carolina Power and Light (now Progress Energy) and served in the United States Army at Fort Lewis, Washington as an accountant for the base chapels.

Dolly earned an Associate of Arts in Accounting at Hardbarger Junior College of Business and her BBA in Accounting at Campbell University. She also earned her North Carolina Certified Public Accountant certification. She is a member of the National Association of Certified Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the North Carolina Center for Non-profits.

Dolly enjoys the beach, reading legal thrillers, gardening, and mentoring the teenage girls at her church.
