FAQ's
Only North Carolina Baptist churches and organizations that are affiliated with Provision and/or the NC Baptist State Convention can apply for Ministry Grants.
On average, grant awards have ranged between $500 and $2,000.
The deadline to submit a grant application is the close of business on August 15 of each year to the Provision Denominational Relations Committee. No exceptions will be made. The close of business is 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 12 p.m. on Friday.
Note: If August falls on the weekend, the Monday following August 15 will be the deadline. The deadline will be listed below in the application section each year.
An online application will open on May 1 of each year. Applications will not be accepted prior to this date.
Notification of awards will be made by September 30 of each year. Our team will either mail award checks or they will be presented in person.

The grants are only for NC Baptist entities affiliated with Provision Financial Resources and/or the Baptist State Convention of NC.

An entity may submit an application for only one project in any given year. If more than one request is received by an organization, only the first request will be submitted and reviewed by the committee.
