Title: Architect / Designer Location: Irvine, CA / Denver, CO Classification: Full-time, exempt Summary: Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will work as a member of the design team and is responsible for the daily design or technical development of a project, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and performs a variety of job-related projects and tasks. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, landscape architecture, or urban design from an accredited 4-year institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with some formal training required Must be highly proficient in the use of Adobe Graphics and MS Office suites, including Word and Excel; Hands-on experience and knowledge of AutoCAD and Rivet software programs Solid attention to detail Passionate about client satisfaction and creative, cost-conscious design
