Our Team

Becky Hatfield serves as the Social Media & Event Coordinator for Provision's Co-Labor Initiative. She brings a background in digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and project management, with a passion in helping others connect their work to their faith.

Becky is married to Jake Hatfield, a Ph.D. student in Christian Ethics, and together they’re raising three children. She seeks “the prosperity of the city” (Jeremiah 29:7) by growing flowers on her small-scale farm, Rocking Chair Farms, cooking good food for friends and neighbors, and playing outside with her children.
