Larry Winger and Tom McGlinchey serve as the executive leadership team of Provision Ministry Group. Their educational and vocational backgrounds make them uniquely qualified to lead Provision. Larry Winger Larry Winger was named CEO of Provision Ministry Group in January of 2004, following 10 years of service as President/CEO of Church Development Fund. Prior to joining CDF, he served as the senior pastor of Broadway Christian Church in Mesa, Arizona. He also worked in commercial real estate with CB Richard Ellis and founded two commercial real estate companies. Larry received his bachelor's degree from Manhattan Christian College and holds an MBA degree from Pepperdine University. Larry and his family attend Creekside Christian Fellowship in Irvine, California. Tom McGlinchey Tom McGlinchey joined the executive staff of Church Development Fund in February 1998 and served as Chief Financial Officer of CDF until being named CFO of Provision Ministry Group in May of 2004. Tom is a Certified Management Accountant, with a Bachelor's degree from California State University at Fullerton and an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Tom and his wife Shelley attend Life Christian Fellowship in Chino, California with their son, Austin.
